1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pose Flow mobile application (the "App") or visiting our website at poseflow.app (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

Pose Flow is operated by Miles Studios London ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pose Flow. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or continue without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The App offers a free tier that includes access to 40 foundation poses, live pose matching, and smart photo scoring. The free plan is available indefinitely at no cost.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro features (including 500+ poses, all pose sets, weekly challenges, and new monthly packs) are available via a paid subscription. Pro is offered as:

• Pro Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
• Pro Annual: $34.99 USD per year

All prices are subject to change. Actual pricing may vary by region and currency.

4.3 Free Trial

New Pro subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.4 Billing & Cancellation

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

We will remind you before your free trial ends so there are no surprises.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Pose Flow for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App or Website
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell pose content, images, or any intellectual property from the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to pose sets, pose images, illustrations, icons, text, software, and design — is the property of Miles Studios London or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content within the App for personal use only. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. User Content

Photos taken using the App belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your photos or videos. All camera processing, pose matching, and photo scoring occurs on your device — we never access, collect, or store your photos.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of pose matching or scoring features
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• The results you may obtain from using the App
• The fitness of the App for any particular purpose

Pose Flow is a creative tool designed to provide guidance and inspiration. Pose matching scores are approximate and should be treated as encouraging feedback, not definitive assessments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miles Studios London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the App
• Any content obtained from the App

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miles Studios London, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
