Miles Studios London ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how Pose Flow ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This Privacy Policy complies with the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), COPPA (USA), PIPEDA (Canada), and other applicable data protection laws worldwide.
The App accesses your camera and photo library only when you explicitly grant permission through iOS. All photo processing occurs locally on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to external servers. Ever.
If you choose to enable location services, the App may use your location to help suggest nearby photo spots. Location data is processed locally and is never stored or shared with third parties. You can disable location services at any time through iOS Settings.
We collect anonymized, aggregated usage statistics โ such as which features are used and crash reports โ to improve the App. This data cannot identify you personally. You can disable analytics at any time in Settings โ Privacy.
We collect device type, iOS version, app version, and anonymous device identifiers for compatibility, support, and security purposes. This information is anonymized and aggregated.
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only your name and email (if you choose to share them) and a unique identifier. We never receive your password. You can use the App in guest mode without an account.
Your App settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to external servers.
Pose Flow uses your device's standard camera (front and back) to provide real-time posing guidance and capture photos. The app uses Apple's Vision framework to detect 2D face landmarks (eyes, nose, mouth position) on-device for the sole purpose of helping align poses in the camera viewfinder.

We use collected information to provide and improve the App's features, analyze App performance and fix bugs, provide customer support, ensure App security, and comply with legal obligations.

Your photos never leave your device unless you explicitly save them to your iOS Photo Library or share them using iOS's standard share sheet.
Settings, preferences, gallery, and cached data are stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms. Sensitive data (such as authentication tokens) is stored in the iOS Keychain with hardware encryption.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, secure storage using iOS Keychain services, and regular security assessments.
When you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed from your device. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law (e.g., within 72 hours under GDPR).
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment instruments. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, trial) from Apple to unlock premium features. We do not sell, share, or monetize your purchase or subscription data with any third party.

You can also disable camera access, photo library access, or location services through iOS Settings, disable analytics through Settings โ Privacy in the App, or delete the App and all associated data from your device at any time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers and comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU users.
If you are in the EU/EEA, your data is protected by GDPR regardless of where it is processed.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@poseflow.app. We will delete such information promptly upon verification.
The App does not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies. The App does not trigger an App Tracking Transparency prompt because no cross-app or cross-website tracking occurs. The App uses local storage (UserDefaults and Keychain) to store your preferences and settings โ this information remains on your device.
Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g., remembering your cookie consent choice). We may use anonymous analytics cookies if you opt in via the cookie banner. You can manage cookies at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and posting a notice in the App. Material changes become effective 30 days after notification. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
