By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pose Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Miles Studios London ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Miles Studios London. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The App, including but not limited to its source code, algorithms, design, graphics, user interface, documentation, and all content, is the exclusive property of Miles Studios London and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Miles Studios London grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable license to download and install the App on your personal iOS device(s) and use the App for its intended purpose as a photography assistance tool.
This license does not include the right to reverse engineer or decompile the App, use the App for commercial purposes without authorization, or share, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties. This license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms.
Pose Flow offers auto-renewing subscription plans ("Pro") that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Exact prices are displayed at the point of purchase in the App Store and may vary by region.
New subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the advertised price.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Miles Studios London does not process refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
You retain ownership of photos and content you create using the App. All processing of your photos and data occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to external servers. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the content you create using the App and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you use.
The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Miles Studios London does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of pose detection or recommendations, compatibility with all devices or iOS versions, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MILES STUDIOS LONDON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50 (GBP), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miles Studios London, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Miles Studios London reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and you must delete all copies from your devices. Sections 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. For users in the European Union, these Terms are also subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), or in the appropriate courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the EU, this clause does not affect your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
